There are so many different things that accountants are used for that there is absolutely never a limit to the amount of jobs that are available to someone that has an accounting degree as well as experience in the field of accounting. There are private individuals who hire accountants to take care of their paperwork on a daily basis, as well as major corporations who are always looking for someone to add to their accounting staff. You may also check your local classified listings if you are looking for a position that is open in your area but this may take more time and effort than joining a temp agency. You should also browse a good bookkeeping and accounting directory to see what positions are available in your area.
